Welcome climbers and non-climbers! Our group is open to women of all ages and abilities. Each Monday night MetroRock hosts Women's Night, encouraging women to get fit and have fun. This is a non-competitive, professional environment. If you've never climbed before there are staff members available to teach you the basics. You don't need a climbing partner or your own gear - just bring a positive attitude.
